Text messaging choices

You contact Pro Handyman Renovation first. Before we send ongoing texts, you may give express verbal permission during a conversation you initiate with our staff, or enter your own mobile number and actively select the optional, unchecked SMS box on our contact form. The form is linked from our website. You can submit an inquiry without agreeing to texts.

Providing a number, submitting an inquiry, being referred by someone else, or making a missed call does not by itself authorize recurring texts. We do not send unsolicited introductory texts asking for consent. A YES reply may confirm permission already requested and given; it is not a substitute for permission before our first outreach. An incoming text allows a response to that inquiry, not automatic enrollment in recurring or promotional messages.

Messages covered: your inquiry, estimates, appointments and project updates. This informational SMS program does not include promotional messages. Promotional texts require separate express written consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end ongoing messages, or HELP for support. One final opt-out confirmation may be sent; no further program messages are sent unless you opt in again. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or receiving services. Support: info@911urgent.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Before you consent, we provide our Terms & Conditions · Privacy Policy. We retain the mobile number, consent method, selected choice, disclosure version and date/time. Staff records the affirmative response and representative for verbal consent. Website choices are saved for staff review; submitting the form does not itself send a text.

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are excluded from marketing data sharing. Service providers may process information only as necessary to operate the requested service.
